All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

This English version of the krikya Terms & Conditions is the governing version. In the event of any inconsistency between this English text and any translated version, this English text shall prevail.

By completing the krikya registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance mechanism presented during onboarding, or by simply accessing or using any feature of the krikya platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the krikya Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are accessing krikya on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the krikya platform.
krikya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
The krikya platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. krikya employs age verification procedures during and after registration. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately, all transactions reversed where possible, and any winnings forfeited.
krikya operates as an offshore gaming platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the krikya platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing any wager. krikya makes no representation that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. Each individual may hold only one krikya Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and cancellation of all bonus entitlements. krikya Accounts are for personal entertainment use only. Using a krikya Account for commercial purposes, on behalf of a third party, or as part of any organised gambling syndicate is strictly prohibited.
To access the full range of krikya services, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You undertake to keep this information current and to update it promptly if it changes.
krikya may, at any time, request supporting documentation to verify the information provided during registration. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards (NID), passports, and utility bills or bank statements confirming your address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by krikya may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
Registration using false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances held at the time of closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your krikya username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account, including choosing a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features offered by krikya, such as SMS one-time password (OTP) verification.
krikya will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from krikya and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, except where krikya has been negligent. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify krikya support immediately. krikya will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification being received.
krikya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. Current approved methods for players in Bangladesh include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Approved methods and their associated limits are subject to change and are displayed in the Account cashier section at the time of transaction.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name. krikya does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the krikya cashier. krikya reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that method. Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account identity verification must be complete. krikya targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified request, though bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed significantly faster. krikya reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
All krikya Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). krikya does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a currency other than BDT will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. krikya reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee. The applicable fee will be communicated in the dormancy notice.
Each krikya bonus, free bet, cashback, or promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings, and expiry periods. These offer-specific terms are published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the promotion will be removed from your Account without compensation.
krikya monitors all Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering Bonus Funds exclusively on low-margin or excluded games; hedging bets across multiple Accounts; using automated software to complete wagering requirements; and any pattern of play that krikya reasonably concludes is designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play. Where krikya determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void bonus entitlements, reverse associated winnings, and close the Account involved.
Unless an offer explicitly states otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. krikya reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.
All sports bets placed on krikya are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the krikya Sportsbook Rules section. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the krikya platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content on the krikya platform without express written permission from krikya.
The krikya name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are proprietary to krikya. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use krikya's trademarks or trade dress without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krikya excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the krikya platform, including but not limited to:
krikya's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In cases of proven fraud or material breach, krikya reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending investigation and any associated legal proceedings.
krikya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the krikya platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the krikya platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using krikya and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which krikya is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through krikya's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution, as determined by krikya. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact krikya support at [email protected] and allow krikya a reasonable period of not less than 30 days to investigate and respond to your complaint. krikya is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.
